WEEK 2 Fountain of youth mobility

Contents: Chest alignment. Head posture. Flexible back. Lean-strong arms.

Aids: Mat, elevation for cross-legged seat or as an alternative cross-legged seat on stool.

Variations: On cushion, on stool, leaning against wall.

We did a survey with the participants of the introductory course before this course. 177 participants told us what they would like to see in the continuation course.

Based on the results, Benita Cantieni has created six choreographies with a special focus. Episode 2 is about flexibility of the joints. In the feet. In the pelvis, in the hips, in the back, in the shoulders and in the neck.

As you know, every CANTIENICA® exercise always trains everything - pelvic floor, diaphragm, head posture. Bones, fascia, ligaments, tendons, muscles. Provided you invest in the precise construction of the basic positions.
